Information for the 2026 Wood Auction

One of the largest wood auctions with over 60 lots of wood

Varieties offered: Air-dried, Kiln-dried, and Roasted
Species offered: Live edge spalted, bird eye, pine, cedar, birch,  black walnut, cherry,  ash,  butternut, oak,  maple and  basswood

Sales informations

• The auction is reserved for wood and forest-related products. No building materials.
• The number of lots to be auctioned will be limited to 100.
• No wood lot will be auctioned unless it is pre-registered before Tuesday, September 1st at 5:00 PM. First come, first served.
• Lots to be auctioned must be delivered to the auction site between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 12th.
• The auction will take place at 3:00 p.m.
• All boards will be measured to determine the volume of wood.
• The boards will be presented on cedar supports.
• The wood is stored under a roof for protection.
• The auction fee will be 10% of the sale price.
• Boisés Est declines all responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft that may affect the lots offered for sale.

Purchasing Informations

• Buyers must obtain an auction number before placing a bid.
• Purchases must be paid for in cash, debit card, credit card or by etransfer
• For safety reasons, lot removal will not begin until the end of the auction.
• Access to the parking lot will be regulated by auction volunteers.
