- Sponsors are invited to promote Boisés Est and Wood & Forest (W&F) and their participation in the expo in their advertising materials, including their website, Facebook page, and other social media. In return, Boisés Est, the expo organizer, agrees to do the same with regard to their forest-related activities.
- Boisés Est hopes to develop longer term relationships with its W&F sponsors. Please note that, beyond attracting those involved in the wood and forest industry sectors, we are trying to make the general public aware of our forest heritage’s value.
- Sponsors who are members of Boisés Est are encouraged to identify themselves as such on their signs or banners. The necessary logo will be provided.
- Boisés Est and the Riceville Agricultural Society, which owns the grounds, deny any responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur to the sponsor’s property on the site.
- By signing the Sponsor Registration Form, sponsors participating in the Wood & Forest event agree to the above-mentioned conditions.
